Dr. Macauley Mackintosh (DC)
Also known as "Dr. Mac". Grew up as a local Colorado Native, and also lived in Buffalo, New York. After years of living in Buffalo where he completed his undergraduate and graduate education, he aspired to come back to beautiful Colorado, where the real buffalo reside.
Dr. Mackintosh has earned his undergraduate education from the University at Buffalo, where he completed dual degrees in Biological Sciences and Psychology with a concentrated focus in Neuroscience.
He went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic from D’Youville University, where his dedication to evidence-based, patient-centered care took shape.
Following his doctoral studies, Dr. Mackintosh completed extensive clinical training with University at Buffalo Neurosurgery (UBNS), gaining advanced experience in working with athletes, neurosurgical patients, and complex neurological conditions.
He now specalizes primarily in auto-injury seeing complex car accident patients on a daily basis.
Dr. Meghan Jeske (DC)
Born and raised in Colorado, Dr. Meghan Jeske has always been passionate about health, fitness, and helping others live active, healthy lives. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University before graduating Summa Cum Laude from Life University with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2024. Inspired by pediatric and perinatal chiropractic care early in her career, Dr. Meghan is dedicated to helping patients reduce pain, restore movement, recover from injuries, and build long-term health through evidence-based, patient-centered care. At Buffalo Spine & Sport Chiropractic, she enjoys helping patients recover from auto accidents, return to the activities they love, and achieve their personal health goals through compassionate, individualized treatment. Outside the clinic, Dr. Meghan enjoys weightlifting, yoga, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family, boyfriend, niece, and nephew.
Ryan Mansholt (PA-C)
Ryan Mansholt, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant with Colorado Rehabilitation Occupational Medicine (CROM) and brings over 20 years of experience in orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, interventional pain management, and regenerative musculoskeletal care.
After nine years assisting fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons at a Level II Trauma Center in Chicago, Ryan went on to specialize in sports medicine and later transitioned into interventional pain management in Colorado. His expertise includes non-surgical orthopedic care, regenerative medicine, PRP, focused shockwave therapy, and image-guided pain management.
At Buffalo Spine & Sport Chiropractic, Ryan coordinates care for patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents and complex musculoskeletal injuries, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. He is passionate about educating patients, restoring function, reducing pain, and helping every patient achieve the best possible recovery.
Dr. Paige Rainford (DPT)
Has earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Husson University in Bangor, ME. During her training, she overcame more than a decade of chronic knee pain, sparking her passion for helping others reduce pain and return to the activities they love.
After completing her doctorate, Dr. Paige pursued an orthopedic residency at the Cincinnati VA. There, she gained extensive experience treating both surgical and non-surgical orthopedic conditions and spent time in the emergency department refining her examination skills to provide efficient, effective, and comfortable patient care.
Dr. Justin Hua (DPT)
Has earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Husson University in Bangor, ME. During her training, she overcame more than a decade of chronic knee pain, sparking her passion for helping others reduce pain and return to the activities they love.
Nataly - Office Manager
Born in California and educated at the University of Las Vegas, Nataly brings extensive healthcare and HR management experience to her role as Office Manager. She is known for her strong organizational skills, patient‑focused communication, and ability to keep a busy clinical environment running smoothly.
A lifelong animal lover, Nataly is the proud owner of a Netherland Dwarf bunny and has a soft spot for all small critters. Outside of work, she enjoys going to the gym, pilates, spending time with family, and exploring new foods — proudly calling herself a “professional snacker.”
Sarah Zabloudil, PTA
Sarah earned her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in Charlotte, North Carolina, and brings nearly 20 years of clinical experience to patient care. Her background includes home health, skilled nursing, post-surgical rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy.
Sarah is passionate about helping patients recover from injury, improve strength and mobility, and return to daily life with confidence through individualized, evidence-based care.
Qi Liu, PTA
Hi, I’m QiQi, a Physical Therapist Assistant with a passion for helping people improve their health and quality of life. Originally from China, I’ve had the opportunity to travel throughout Europe and now call the United States home. Exploring different cultures and experiences has shaped who I am and fueled my love for travel and trying new things.
Outside of work, I’m a dog lover and proud owner of two very different pups — a 13-year-old Chihuahua and a 1-year-old Great Dane who definitely keep life interesting. I enjoy discovering new places, staying active, and always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and embrace new experiences.
